#GM this morning i decided that i'm doing a simple banana/choc/coco smoothie with hydrolysed beef and just a single scoop, something a bit lighter for my belly, and full of amino acids so i can actually feed my muscles to do my training session today...

it's hard to say though, maybe my legs are a little shy of ready for it though, but one of my metrics is how well i go down the stairs after i wake up... if i'm making progress with how i do things, i can instantly do single steps left right instead of two steps per step, idk what the deal is with that exactly, but as i get my regime right i am increasingly more strong and agile from teh moment i arise, and i am using it as a metric of success

but today, yeah, i was able to almost flawlessly descend the stairs without the old person two step, and although i sure would enjoy a viking lady to give them a good beatiing, i think they are ready to do another 5 sets of total 78 or more, so i'm gonna give it a go

and i need to do my portuguese lesson today dammit

hard for me to unglue myself from working on #realy and blathering in #nostrudel about this and that, but it's only a little bit aside haha

GM Fren 🌞 enjoy your smoothie and have a wonderful day today

Last week I first tried making some homemade protein bars with casein protein with a recipe that'd work just as fine with beef that I found convenient, as I'm really not fond of dealing with blenders in the morning. Casein's wonderful for satiety, and it's way more convenient to just grab a bar when I get up (and drink my Mud/Wtr). Though now I'm wondering if using my Mud/Wtr and protein powder could end up with an interesting drink in itself, with the "whip" (frother) that came with it. Anyway, here's the link to that recipe if you're curious.
