Private property should always be respected, except when a car alarm goes off at 5am and for literally hours. I think I have a natural right to destroy such car.

Maybe your right to peaceful enjoyment can be considered as property. In which case, the owner of the car is destroying your property.

That's called sound pollution. No one would hold it against you for towing the car
