Maybe you're sleeping too much? Or maybe it's a diet thing? Or maybe you're still building your brain? That requires a lot of sleep. 😊
i typically sleep 5-6 and i have aged slower than normal

yeah, pretty much all my life
and i wake up, and sometimes i'm like, "meh i dun wannan" and then after about half an hour i get sick of not falling back to sleep so i bounce out of bed and get moving
