Too late! It already has. I loved the Bay Area when I briefly lived there. I wanted to relocate there after school, but decided against it because it didn’t make sense to pay $3000+ for rent during lockdown. I see now that I made the right decision.

Most cities are becoming too dangerous though. I’m supposedly living in a hip and trendy area now, paying overpriced rent, and I barely feel safe walking around during the day.
