I know this is a bit antithetical, but could Nostr be used as a social media manager?

If I could have my notes easily reformatted for other platforms, I would spend all my time here. I only go to the other platforms to reach a broader public.

Seems like an easy and valuable service to build, if no one did yet. I'd pay a few bucks.
