it's a little weird because i suspect that my personal posts here are probably a little less relatable to people than before. i find i'm able to make friends on here if i dare to take the first step and actually have one-on-one conversations with people that i run into here that i think i'd enjoy the company of. usually fedi mutuals. so i allow myself to make the guess that maybe i should link up with them on chat services just to talk. a lot of people are actually relieved and then we talk, and it feels rewarding. actual online friends are possible to make here.
