Buoyancy in physics (science) shows the direction of a force. Once removed from the earth, the buoyancy disappears.
If the earth was a globe, it would mean we are constantly moving up in all directions at the same time, which is absurd.

Yeah that's caused by our traveling trough nothing in a spiral path.

It's all about how we move trough space not because some Nasa engineer from north pole is switching on/off the moon and the sun.

Not trying to pile on. But fact you can't see top of box in this clip is bad. It seems very likely looking at dimensions that balloon is very close and probably touches top of box when he releases it. This would bump it down, giving illusion. Also, you'd think some scientists would have tried similar things before and made more noise.
