I can't send my lightning wallet balance from Mutiny.

What happens if I go close the channels I opened? Does the balance go to on-chain?

They have closed down. You must close the channel to receive your funds on chain.

Yeah, you can settle onchain. Depends on if their node exists or not. It'll either be a cooperative close or a force close (expect a timelock)
