No i don't agree on this partly. Ok there is no reason to make people lazy but also there is plenty of space etc for curious minds to explore. So there is no reason for elitism either. I think that whatever leads to decentralised adoption, would be nice if it can be deployed smoothly

I don't think there is elitism. There are no qualifications to entry. From a personal perspective, it's what I'd prefer. Same applies to my real life. Nostr isn't for everyone just as much as I'm not for everyone.

It is not about you. It must be, i think, what i have observed in the linux community. Sometimes it is good when there are guides explaining stuff. And some people don't want that because then many more people could use stuff and they don't feel special anymore.

Of course, and there's a lot of value in effort. In simplified form, it's quality over quantity.
