A string too tight will break; a string too loose won't play. An adult should have the freedom to experiment with themselves as they choose. I have conducted self-experiments and found that healing is typically faster when fever-reducing medications are not used. Therefore I avoid those medications whenever possible. However, I would definitely do something to reduce a fever of a baby if their body temperature rises above 101.6 degrees Fahrenheit (38.7 Celsius) to prevent the risk of hyperthermia and febrile seizures.
