Because of #nostrudel strfry keeps showing "too many concurrent REQs".

what relays are you seeing this on?
Unfortunately right now noStrudel just ignores any complaints a relay has and keeps sending REQs and events.
On my own. But I think this error occurs on any strfry except for those with a custom proxy (in my case it's only nginx).
