Yes they are China Jades! They make great pickles! I have garlic and old bay going in the fridge now. 🤤

I’m still recovering from being in the hospital earlier this year so my garden didn’t really happen this but our #wildyard is full of sunflower, zinnia, field peas, rye, and such. Oh, and jerusalem artichoke has taken over my garlic bed which I was layering with compost before planting in the fall. 
It's still going off! I've been wanting to research how to grow garlic. It's planted in the fall? I'm in zone 7 btw.
