The solution should be focused on better options for granular controls, allowing parents to better control what their children have access to (privately), and me to control what I am forced to view. UI and built security does not require government intervention, it requires them to stop regulating so businesses can innovate these solutions and try different things. The free market will find the solutions if allowed.
