Today, I picked some wild herbs from the garden, washed them, and made tea.๐Ÿซ–

We also had potatoes and for later fresh pesto made from wild garlic.๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฅ”โœจ

Here are names and effects of the #wildherbs

- Ground elder๐ŸŒฟ(Aegopodium podagraria): helps metabolism, has lots of vitamin C

- Dandelion๐ŸŒผ(Taraxacum officinale): helps get rid of extra water and toxins, cleans the blood

- Dead nettle๐Ÿ’œ(Lamium album): better breathing, helps heal wounds.

Added ginger, fresh lemon juice and agave syrup to the tea.โœจ:)

Cool! We made a lot of pesto from wild garlic yesterday, hopefully enough for the year. Tastes simply fantastic! Gourmet tip: decorate the dish with wild garlic flower buds.
