My favorite, caramel breaded chops.

Pat pork chops dry.

Coat with a thin layer of mayonnaise

Coat the now sticky chops with a layer of 3 parts bread crumbs (crushed soda crackers are great as well), 1 part brown sugar.

Bake at 350 for about 30 min, or until the chops hit 145 internally.
