Quick thing I added to notedeck: improved nav. with added profile pictures, you can now visally see which columns correspond to what account. Not much else to update on today, working on zaps and tagging next.

Another project I started working on again is notecrumbs, which powers our damus.io links. The plan is to make it a cross between primal.net and njump.

It's not going to be a full blown web client. The plan is a server-side rendered, readonly version of nostr with the ability to view threads, etc. Should be fast to load and super reliable. Also profile pages and note previews that actually work when sharing damus.io links. All powered by nostrdb as well of course. Stay tuned!

Thanks boss I’ll check it out today

I am curious if I am doing something wrong. Do the arrow keys and pgup pgdn work for scrolling? I have one of those track point mouse things on my laptop which makes scrolling a pain.

not yet. adding keyboard stuff soon

Cool. Thanks! I'll refrain from demanding vim motions for now.

Just trying out Notedeck, builds easy, loads fast, events downloading. But as soon as I click on nearly any widget the app panics and shuts down.

This is on Ubuntu amd64, wayland.

Known issue?

Did you build with —release ?

nope, will try that now. Thanks

Working great now. Looks awesome!

So is this a read only experience? Looks slick.

you can write if you put your nsec in

Oh that’s dope AF
