Those in difficult career fields work hand in hand with multiple people of different ethnicities and cultures. To get a job done those people only give a shit if the person next to them is qualified enough to do a good job and not kill anyone. The goal is to continually find better qualified people so the business can progress. Those that are most qualified can help teach or train those with lower skill sets.

Don't get me wrong they are losing their power and grip on the old illusion. We know they used the media. They got really pissed when their Golden Boy bought Twatter. That was pretty fucking funny.
As much as we have tried to tell the public there is at some point that too much information about the truth. We don't want these people to pop.
This is a grueling process for some because they are so much more aware than others.
