What kind of performance what’s good for one sport is not always good for another . I can do way more volume on 30g of carbs, on the other end of it max power give me 100-200g. carnivore is probably not optimal but it does seam to solve some issues for folks. Everything is a trade off. I feel like shit on anything over 100g of carbs a day regardless the source some people feel like shit unless they eat 400g per day. We are a very adaptable animal with diversity in dna nothing is universal
