The frog stretch.

Also known as mandukasana, is a group of seated asanas in hatha yoga and modern yoga as exercise.

Mandukasana is made from two Sanskrit words, manduk meaning frog and asana meaning pose.

The frog stretch is a static exercise that works the adductors, groin muscles, lower back, shoulders, core, and hips.
