I respect Murch a lot, but this post only boasts how many people work on core. It doesn’t challenge the idea that the limit should be kept, as espoused by the knots team.

Murch didn't talk about the OP_RETURN limit at all in that post, he was addressing claims that Bitcoin Knots has more developers than Bitcoin Core.
