I used to work at a place that was part seasonal and part permanent.
The permanent guys WITHOUT FAIL called all of the seasonal guys "Jim."
They didn't bother remembering names. Just called everyone Jim.
It was beautiful.

I'd settle for just being jim and getting shit done. Everyone should be named Jim until they accomplish something. FWIW, until my son reaches the age of 20, I should just be called jim
