I’m writing this note to myself for my own sanity, because like nostr:npub1jcjxjg92200kdp8guw8sysg8gr0ez29hahrfdy49h30hgnkpa4kqfvmtwx says, nostr is a diary you write in that sometimes talks back.

There seems to me that throughout history two societies have always existed side by side. The first is the proof of work/proof of force social credit system where you win by power or popularity, and the other is the proof of work society who produce value, and were often self sustaining, but were taken advantage of by the first group.

While during times of history the smaller productive class would find it necessary to partially leave society or restart society when the first group became to oppressive, these were short and dramatic times that didn’t last long.

It’s not that the proof of work crowd is naive to the social net they walk over, it’s just they know how fragile the net is, especially as it’s raised higher and higher and more of the lower class live underneath it.

While I would love to remove myself from society I understand that this is impossible today, I must remove myself selectively in ways that retain my freedom from exploitation by the first group, but allow me the benefits of social commerce, healthcare, and other luxuries not afforded in isolation.

All this is to say If you’re sitting at work dreaming of living in the wilderness because society makes you want to jump off a bridge, stay humble and stack sats. Bitcoin is our refuge, and unlike going into the wilderness or leaving the city, it’s one we can live in forever.

So are you 🥹💜🫂 this was very relatable 🫂🙏🏽

Sometimes at the end of the day I just sit stunned at the level of stupidity that occurs around me. Mainstream society is loosing their minds trying to compete in this impossible battle for power or popularity and I don’t want to be any part of it, but escape happens slowly.

I get this 🥹🫂🙏🏽💯💯💜
