I need kyc-free options to start buying my BTC. After a quick search, it comes to my attention that I'm somewhat limited. It's not bad enough I'm trying to buy from the US, but New York of all places. No-kyc would lead me to believe that a VPN could solve that problem though. Help!

I particularly prefer P2P lightning, you can find them here on nostr, start with small amounts to build confidence.
Another really cool option is azte.co
There is also a small tutorial, not made by me, I haven't tested it either but it could be another interesting path.
If you opt for azteco you may find a form asking for your data, just give incorrect data and be happy.
Remember, the real bitcoin price is the one found on P2P, on exchanges they give you a discount for your KYC. 🤙
