Par contre tout dépend du miel, préférence pour le naturel.. Juste une demi cuillère me suffit pour mon café.. Après notre apport en sucre journalier nous pouvons en trouver dans produits que nous consommons.. Tout en sachant que l'excès de sucre peut entraîner certains diabètes de type 2..le sucre est bon pour notre fonctions cognitives 🫂 Excellente journée à vous 💜🙏
