But the word has no bearing on their professionalism, or the quality of their photographs.

The business acumen and the artistic skill are two separate things. Success doesn’t necessarily require both.

Then the question becomes, what is “quality work”?

Can’t define it, but I know it when I see it.

“Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance” did a fantastic job with the exploration of the concept of Quality.
