I’m not posting but I am doing planks. I tried today what I’m calling a hanging plank. Basically hang from something and keep legs up in a chair position i barely could get a minute. I need to work on this. 😂
I’ll have to give that a go too. Hanging is so good too regardless

I usually just dead hang a couple of minutes every day for shoulder health.
Same. Also got those gravity boots and hang upside down a few times a week
