Here’s what 65 grams of protein looks like!
Inspired by nostr:nprofile1qqsvrejstspd4rgmpfdn6mdkuxdjav3de420p6rrqmkg5gfeq2e32lsyu9l0r I made his beef panzone with 3 eggs, 1 egg white (had a little mishap lol), 168 grams of ground beef cooked in Amish butter and this time I drizzled raw organic unpasteurized honey on top of the cooked panzone and topped it with bacon for added goodness with a side of 2 strips of bacon!!

Whoa!! 12 eggs? 🤯 Now that’s something! The beauty about quality protein is it keeps you satisfied for hours!
While you're drinking it, you feel like it's nothing, but you start hating yourself after 10 minutes. That's the infamous Vince Gironda shake, which is supposed to be sipped slowly within a few hours 😅

I’ve never tried drinking eggs and not about to start either 🤣 not to mention sipping it slowly for hours.. the thought of that alone does not appeal to me at all. 🫣
What benefits do you notice by doing this? I’d much rather eat my breakfast than drink it.
Plain eggs are not a tasty feast as it is, either liquid or cooked, but adding cream and the banana to the shake makes it really enjoyable, plus you are done much faster than cooking them scrambled (which I've been doing for months, 10 eggs + tallow + cheese shavings + a small cup of kefir to cool it all down after cooking) and you can swallow much more stuff when it's liquid than when it's solid.
I am trying to bulk and my appetite is satisfied way too fast on carnivore.

Bulking up is not a category I know anything about to be honest. I supposed that shake makes more sense as to why you do it.
I hope you’re able to get your eggs from a local farmer at least.
& thank you for the compliment however I wouldn’t consider myself an artist in the kitchen but definitely adding new meals to things I can whip up.
