no, I don't use voice activation. https://www.home-assistant.io/voice_control/create_wake_word/
But you can check the tut here and use GPT - you'll probably have to edit the config file or create a template. if you're wanting to fine tune a model then you're gonna have to start running hardware + using API calls etc. starts to get complicated fast.
