Need some assistance! I’ve put together a nostr:npub17tyke9lkgxd98ruyeul6wt3pj3s9uxzgp9hxu5tsenjmweue6sqq4y3mgl device using the RPi Zero W, verified my img file and put it on the SD. Power connected but the screen stays black no matter how long I wait. I think my hardware should be all fine.. what do I do? #asknostr

Did you disable the wifi chip? If you scratched more than that connector you could have problems.
I did, but made very sure to only snap the one connector. Could even a small scratch impact performance? I’ve kept it in its static bag sitting on a desk other than when I took off the chip
Did you copy pasta the image or flash it?

I believe so. As per their GitHub, the pi0.img is the one for my Zero W. 🤔 Gonna try reformatting and flashing the MicroSD again, maybe something messed up..
Try using a different SD card.
How did you attach the GPIO pins?
What kind of power supply do you use?

Are you sure the screen is pushed all the way in?
It should be, I’ve pushed it in as far as I can manage, and the guide video said you only need about 10mm connected in order for it to display as well.
Honestly this is just making me think it’s the SD card.. 🤔
