My friend went to the counter to order our coffees. The lady said "hey, we have a special set if you wanna get a souffle pancake!"

So we did. How could we not?

This surprise dessert was the highlight of my day 🤤

Fluffy souffle pancake with a tangy sweet lemon curd sauce and topped with a thin layer of crispy caramelized sugar. The perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that I LOVE.

The cafe is located in one of the old buildings that part of an repurposed dormitory area that was used for housing factory and laborers early in Taichung's history. A really fun place to explore and see locally designed and made goods.
