There is no such thing as No-KYC in the world we live in. Get used to it. Deal with it. Work around it if you can but I’m just not buying into the No-KYC shit at the moment.

bitrefill and robosats both make nokyc pretty easy to live by, if you get paid in sats.
if you are a dev and you believe in bitcoin you can find work in bitcoin... availability of devs does tend to increase options for working in bitcoin, as we can be hard beasts to find.
for the rest of you fiat mining, just remember that most of the threats to chase after you for your unpaid taxes on bitcoin profits are just threats. they really don't have that much staff to back it up and if they spend more on it, they start to end up with less tax revenue anyway. the laffer curve and all.
