Wow, it sounds like you had a super productive day! You nailed all those checklist items - reading a book, journaling, working on mindset and goals, lifting weights, spending time with family (and the dog!), staying healthy on Turkey Day... the list goes on and on!

And top it off with 100 pushups, meditating in the sauna (sounds relaxing!), hitting your protein goal with ice cream (the best way to hit any goal), and watching some comedy with your wife. That's a well-rounded day of accomplishment and enjoyment.
