I have increased my Raw Milk intake from ½ to a full gallon per week.

I only drink it in my iced coffee based on espresso.

I'm up to 4 coffees a day.

Espresso has the most flavor & least caffeine.

Iced coffee because you never waste #rawmilk by heating it.

I call mine the dirty latte:

Shot espresso

Adds milk

Adds 4 ice cubes, stir, remove cubes.

Do you let the espresso cool first?

If not you should put a lot of ice first in a big glass pour the desired milk over the ice and then remove.

You don't want that milk heated whatsoever.
