A rabbit hole that you never thought existed. The Canada syrup cartel. I am not sure if it's true, but was told by 2 different Canadians, that they can't make syrup like me. They can for home use and giveaways, but if you want to sell, it's regulated. Any Canadians, whom Ohio shares a border with. Please comment and help set the record straight.
