There is already questionable content on the blockchain. If Bitcoin was centralized and everyone with minimum hardware couldn’t run a node, this would have been used as an excuse to shut it down. But as you know, Bitcoin cannot be shutdown.

Having an entire image of child pornography in a single op return is not the same as the questionable content currently on the blockchain.
As it currently stands, one has to be aware of the arbitrary data and use software to string the data together to make sense of it. That is not at all the same as uploading an entire image in a single op return, which V30 enables.
Are you saying the current size doesn't allow the size of a full picture? Would only images be a concern or other media as well for the 1000+ time proposed size increase?

I’m also worried about military secrets being uploaded. That would be a great way to make bitcoin illegal. The truth is we don’t know what we don’t know.
Opening up the floodgates to anything and everything is a horrible idea.
