for non-conventional assets (like ledger wallet or email login wallet or simply mnemonic phrase you need to appoint a trustee or family member in the will.
usually you will appoint a wife or a child but the problem occur when trying to write a will where your wallet logs in using mnemonic phrase. the minute you write that mnemonic in the will its compromised already.
