Interesting idea and I think it makes sense. I don’t believe that I am necessarily smarter than a lot of people but I’m willing to look at reality as is despite the discomfort it causes.

I think many of the justifications & excuses for what is being done get so complex that they actually require a higher minimum intelligence. Which I think is why the bell curve memes seem to resonate.

Idk, my experience growing up around rednecks of all kinds would suggest there is no lack of stupid people with plenty of courage 😅
