Kopi Luwak, otherwise known as cat poo coffee. The green beans are fed to the Luwak animal, which digest the bitter taste but pass the beans. The beans are then washed (hopefully) and roasted, resulting in a less bitter coffee.

As an espresso the beans tasted slightly too acidic and would be better suited for a flat white or cuppa chino.
