I think this is a little far fetched, a man would have to consume massive quantities all day everyday to achieve anything remotely as close to this.

Agreed! This is the problem with a lot of these types of statements. Yes milk/dairy contains a small concentration of estrogen, yes dairy may make up a large percentage of estrogens consumed. But unless dairy intake is really excessive I doubt it would have any effect at all. Males do need some estrogen anyway, diet is all about finding the correct balance.

I think the concern here is that there are estrogen-dependent cancers like breast cancer, so logically if we consume milk containing estrogen it could potentially increase the risk of such cancers. However I think epidemiological studies didnt found an association between milk consumption and cancer risk.
