I love the idea and goal but it must be warned that you could have people posting really unscrupulous bounties on here. (i.e. hitmen, CP, kidnapping, etc) Is there a decentralized way to pre-kill those contracts from even showing up, such as an arbitor's democratic vote or something?)

a relay operator could filter/block catallax events either wholesale or by whatever other parameters they want.
