No. Seaweed mainly. But really it’s just returning to normal valuations now that the covid hoax is over. Mexico was the only country GLOBALLY that was open for a while. It’s the reason Tulum took off the way it did.

Cartel is there, and they certainly keep Americans from buying but that’s not the reason it’s gotten cheaper.

But right now the reason it’s cheap overall is the beaches can be very gross in the summer with literal tons of seaweed piling up.
