Did the same about 6 months after orange pilling a coworker. They decided to go with Blockstream Green and Jade wallet.
But a lot of us don’t use computers. So cold wallets are not as attractive.
Understandable - everyone has to start somewhere! Lightning and L2 tech is improving at an incredible rate and this will make it easier for small denominated hot wallets with low fees on a mobile phone.
Yeah I’m sure it’s improving and fast, I’m learning a lot (and there’s a lot still to learn I’m very knew to this). For now I don’t want to get a computer just use a cold wallet, I’m usually moving so I use ipad and iphone only.

Only education can chance the world’s directions, and only us can make the difference teaching our kids, friends, family, etc. Bitcoin is one tool for freedom, Nostr is another, there’s a lot of other tools, we have to learn how to use and teach for everyone we can, showing how this can help them and society.
