I've been watching the bug for a long time, I want to write about it. Sometime in the early versions, I turned off auto-translation. But the trouble is, there's no way I can turn it on again. I deleted the cache, the application data, deleted the application itself and reinstalled it, overloaded the phone between deletion and installation. But the app still doesn't include the auto-translate option. Somewhere in the phone there is a storage in which these settings are stored and they cannot be deleted in any way and they remain even after the application is deleted.

Discussion
If you installed a keyboard in that language, the app won't show translation options for that.
Just tried other keyboards and killed and run again the Amethyst. No there auto-translations options under posts. But other devices (there are same keyboards and languages) - there are auto-translation options under posts...
Sorry, I am confused. Do you see any translated posts? Or is it all disabled? When you uninstall, it deletes the local database, there is no option to keep data in the phone.
Another point, if you are downloading the F-Droid version, it doesn't include translations. Only the Google Play version has them.
I have the github google-universal version in both devices. One device where no auto-translate option - 1st screenshot. There a long time ago I turned off auto-translations from English to Russian. 2nd screenshot - there is the same (same APK!) google-universal from github version. There I didn't turn off auto-translations from English to Russian.

Can the manifest file of Android app to have some option related with a storing data of app after installing?
It shouldn't... Allow backup is set to false. The phone should delete everything.
Yep, that's what is disable right now 🤔

May be there is error and auto-translated options in included pattern?
My the problem device has Android 13 version. Other device has the Android 12 but there I didn't turn off auto-translation. I did it only at first device.
