I am curious if there is much of a market in Bitcoiner world for home-rendered beef tallow. What do yall think?
Every winter I buy a cow from a local farmer I know. I save the fat and make tallow to cook with. It really is superior to butter or lard.
What is a fair price point? 100k sats per jar?

There is a market. You would want to make surenow one beats your doordownn and points a gun to your head over it. TN is pretty good when it comes to cottage food laws, but there are still some hurdles here that have to be navigated when it comes to products like this.
