We finally got a single load of wood chips dropped, but there are not as many opportunities for that out here. We normally have to bust up rotten logs in the woods. We use biochar and leaves too.

I might need to invest in a backpack blower. All those leaves gathered from the woods could be made up for with compost extract. We could do do a rotation so that every place we take the leave from gets to rest for a few years and gets the extract applied.

I am going to talk with a guy who has a tractor for sale. If i get it, I may be able to offer to now other people's fields in exchange for the hay. I would probably gather it lose on a hay fork attached to the bucket.

I know this is at a larger scale than most people are likely dealing with.

I did an interesting experiment. I fasted every other day for a month. It was about 30-35 hours of fasting every 48 hours. My belt no longer fit and it seemed to reset my metabolism. I have been eating a lot of carbs lately and it is just starting to show. I will probably do 2-4 weeks of it again.

I did consume a lot of water with added minerals and as much vinagre, lemon juice, and lime juice as I wanted whenever I wanted. That made it really easy.

I like where this is going!

We have a sick child this morning. We are staying in and will go to the later worship service or we will worship with family here at home. I am not concerned about this little one as much as I am the elderly, the young and everyone in between who have chronically weakened immune systems from poisoning themselves and not eating #realfood. This calls for a little pine "tea" with a bit of natural raw #honey . Just some good food, a little #herbalmedicine , and some rest is all it will take to make a swift recovery.
