Random question - if you had to pick a single WOD to do at home if you were trying to maintain cardio (VO2 Max) and Strength - what would you pick assuming you had full equipment?

There is so many options.

5 rounds :

15 wall balls

15 cal on rower

8 burpees over the rower

10 deadlifts with dumbels

5 sandbags over the shoulder
