I've been smashing home Kefir for a few months and I feel great. What are you making?
I have been making milk and water kefiras well, I love my milk kefir, the water, .... I haven't gotten the hang of yet.
I haven't tried the water kefir yet, the milk one I've been running on the same culture for months, don't know if that's right or how long you can go, but it keeps going.
