I’ve noticed a lot of places in Chicago commercial space turning off or significantly lowering their air conditioning this summer. This was a sin prior to COVID mania and this level of inflation. I don’t think people realize how bad it really is out there for small businesses right now.
I have a strong feeling that a lot of small businesses right now are getting by with loans drawn up in 2020/21
