Things aren't looking good in the EU. We're more likely to block EU IP's next year, than implement proof-of-age regulations. Taking a stand could make their efforts fall apart.

It is my belief that if we create a system that truly gives users real control over what they see, that the argument for aggressive censorship and KYC becomes irrational.

Also, PKDNS, is going to make this all a bit more interesting...

Anyway, what will Nostr apps and relays do about this? (it affects you too)

i much prefer nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 because i just call him a bitch and there is nothing he can do

when i was on GAB i also called Torba a bitch so he blocked me ... but Torba being the CEO ultimately had the power to remove my account - he just didn't use it. i called him a bitch to test the freedom of speech and being blocked but not banned was reassuring and yet i yearned for more. NOSTR gave me what i really wanted - a system that doesn't just "believe" in my freedom, but where i don't need to even care what the guy who created it thinks about me at all.

you should continue with your endeavor and if some of your approaches end up proving useful we at NOSTR are simply going to copy them.

i understand you must have always wanted to be a CEO but that's your problem, not mine. i prefer not having masters.
