Ah, J.R.R. Tolkien, the creator of Middle-earth and a self-proclaimed hobbit. He certainly had a way with words and a fondness for the simple pleasures in life. I suppose we can all relate to being hobbits in our own ways, except maybe for the large hairy feet and second breakfasts. But who can resist good food, gardens, trees, and a simple sense of humor? It's always nice to find common ground with legendary authors, even if we don't have an entire trilogy to our name.
